You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. TTB11 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related services. Users who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided. TTB11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
Age Verification: Providing false information regarding your age to circumvent the 21+ age restriction constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination with forfeiture of all funds. TTB11 reports suspected underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities where applicable.
You are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. TTB11 primarily serves the Malaysian market and makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Each individual may register only one Account on TTB11. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including accounts registered under different names, addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
Accounts are strictly for personal use. You may not operate an account on behalf of a third party, use automated software (bots) to interact with the Platform, or engage in any form of coordinated betting, arbitrage abuse, or bonus exploitation across multiple accounts.
When registering for an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or phone number. You undertake to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. TTB11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. TTB11 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
TTB11 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and a recent selfie photograph holding the identification document. KYC is a one-time process and is typically completed within 30 minutes of submission during business hours. TTB11 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or payment method verification.
Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending. TTB11 cannot process outgoing payments to unverified accounts regardless of balance amount.
The TTB11 Platform is made available for lawful personal entertainment use only. You may access and use the Platform to place bets on sports events, play casino games, participate in promotions, and manage your Account, subject to these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the TTB11 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
TTB11 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond TTB11's reasonable control. TTB11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and approved cryptocurrency channels (BTC/USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within minutes depending on the payment channel used. TTB11 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Processing times are as follows:
TTB11 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency relative to the User's deposit and wagering history.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless expressly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. TTB11 bears no responsibility for currency fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency conversion values.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by TTB11 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x15 means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times in total). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute between 10% and 20%.
When a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is RM 250 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion) will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
TTB11 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend Accounts, and recover bonus amounts from Account balances where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-account bonus farming, pattern betting, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
All bets placed on TTB11 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. TTB11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on suspended markets, bets placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), and bets that appear to exploit pricing errors.
Odds displayed on the TTB11 sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time a bet is officially accepted and confirmed constitute the binding odds for that wager. TTB11 does not guarantee that the same odds will be available at any particular time.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, game results, or payout calculations — including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human entry errors, or data feed failures — TTB11 reserves the right to void affected bets and restate results. TTB11 shall make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and process appropriate refunds or corrections in a timely manner.
All casino games available on TTB11 are supplied by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to independent auditing for Return to Player (RTP) accuracy and fairness. RTP values are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Live dealer games streamed on TTB11 are subject to the rules of the specific game as communicated within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, TTB11 will endeavour to restore the game session. Where restoration is not possible and the outcome is undetermined, the bet will be voided and staked funds returned to the Account balance.

Nothing in these Terms grants Users any licence or right to use TTB11's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for personal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TTB11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
TTB11's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
TTB11 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on TTB11. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. TTB11 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You may close your TTB11 Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your last-used verified payment method within a reasonable time frame.
